- By calling 1-866-99-KOODO, or 647-788-4337 or *611 from your Koodo phone
Remember, your payment will only be credited to your spending limit once it has been received by Koodo. Please give yourself enough time for the payment to be applied to your account. If your account was suspended, it can take up to 24 hours from the time we receive the payment for your service to be restored.
