If your service is suspended, you won't be able to make or receive calls. You'll only be able to make emergency calls (911) or call Koodo (*611).
To lift the suspension on your account; call *611 from your phone or log in to Self Serve to make the required payment. A connection fee of $35 will be applied.
It can take up to 24 hours for your service to be restored, after you've made a payment.
