Airtime usage within Canada is normally updated within 15 minutes after terminating your last call.
Text and picture messaging usage within Canada is normally updated within 60 minutes of sending or receiving your last message.
Data usage within Canada is normally updated within 60 minutes.
Note: All usage within Canada, while connected to a carrier other than Koodo, could take up to 24 hours before it appears on your account.

may take up to 90 days
to appear on your account.
