- Log in to your Self Serve account.
- Click on Self Serve at the top of the screen, and select Phone Services from the drop down menu.
- Your current plan will be shown. To change it, click on Change my plan.
- Select your phone type.
- Choose the plan you want, and click switch to this plan.
- Review the plan details, and click change to this plan.
- Select I Agree to change plans.
- Your rate plan will be changed. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
