Validating Your Email / Forgot Password
Here's what you need to do to change your password in Self Serve.
1. Log into your Self Serve account. At the bottom of the Overview page, select Change password.
2. On the My Profile page, you’ll be asked to enter your current password and create a new one using the guidelines provided. Select Save changes.
3. You’re all done! You can now use your Koodo account with your new password.
